Years of private and government support and investment in creating high performing, inclusive workplaces has made little discernable progress thus far. Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (“DE&I”) initiatives have unfortunately made little to no visible impact. Millions of would-be, valuable contributors remain unemployed, underemployed or suffer through quality of life issues trying to avoid stigma and discrimination.
