Neurodivergent workers face an established workplace designed for neurotypicals. The result are enumerable challenges, resulting in large populations of extremely motivated and capable individuals either unemployed or developing a personal strategy to hide their neurotype as best they can. There is a sizeable and very capable workforce effectively sidelined or experiencing significant additional stress and emotional fatigue as they navigate their careers, often at the expense of their personal health and emotional well-being.
We work with enterprises, organizations, educators and other foundations to accelerate change in the workplace towards a future that enables all workers to thrive. We are driving step change together with our partners to help create the workforce of the future.
